2 bedrooms 2 full bathroom home, that’s just quick walk from the beach, The house will comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed; the second bedroom has 1 queen-size bed, and there’s a queen pull out sofa in the living room, and a queen size air mattress just in case the pull out is not as comfortable.

One of the very few lone standing cottages left on the beach front area in Oceanside, but what makes this one special is its been completely rebuilt, brand new.

The shed in the yard is our storage for landscaping tools and supply.

We have 3 50″ plasma TVs with an Amazon Fire TV stick, so if you have an Amazon Prime account, Netflix, Hulu, games, etc. or use the default none prime Amazon account and watch live news or YouTube.

There are plenty of parking spaces in the fenced yard

Guest access

The cottage and the yard are all for our guests. The shed is a locked storage, no access.
